It is very easy to remove and replace your headlights in your 2002 Toyota Tacoma. You can save a lot of time by replacing the bulb yourself. The replacement is a H4 9003 bulb. The process is easy and requires no tools to get the job done.

Step-by-step instructions

- Pull up on the lever under the hood.
- At the same time, lift the hood of the car.

- Remove the metal rod.
- Insert the metal rod to hold the hood in place.

- Pinch the rubber cover and disconnect the headlight bulb.

- Push down on the metal lever to release it. After you have released the lever you can remove the bulb.

- Remove the headlight bulb cover when you are ready to install it.
- Do not touch the bulb or let it touch anything to prevent it from getting damaged.
Conclusion
To reassemble your device, follow steps 3-5 in reverse order. At the end of step 3 make sure to push down on the hood to lock it back into place.
