Download the Firmware

- Check if the Firmware Version works with your device.
- MMCS ''E-11'' and ''E-12'' are analogues of ''W-13''.
- Download the Firmware for your device.
- Press on ''***SHOW ALL***''.
- Download ''***LOADING.KWI***''.

Move the File
- The SD card needs to be formatted to FAT32. If it’s not already formatted to FAT32 and you don’t know how to do it, you can take a look at [guide|158837|this guide].
- Copy the ''***LOADING.KWI***'' file to the root directory of the SD Card.

Flip up the Display
- Press the ''***OPEN***''-Button.
- Press the ''***Monitor OPEN***''-Button on the screen.

Insert the SD Card
- Insert the SD Card into the ''***USER***''-Slot.
- Close the display by pressing the ''***OPEN***''-Button again.

Update the Firmware
- The Unit will automatically detect the Firmware file and ask you if you want to update.
- Press the ''***Update***''-Button on the screen to proceed.
- Do not turn off the car while the update is running!

Remove the SD Card
- After the update is finished, remove the SD Card by repeating Step 4 and 5.
