If your Ford fusion is starting hard, stalling out, or has a very rough idle and has these check engine codes P1450,P0456,P144C, and P219A, Specifically P1450 and P0456. The Vapor Canister Purge Valve more than likely needs to be replaced. A quick way to verify the part has failed is to remove the hose connected to the solenoid(the one with the green clip) while the car is idling and placing your finger over the tube the hose was connected to, if there is any kind of suction the part has failed and needs to be replaced. One of the after market part numbers for this part is 911-757. It's a very easy fix. Check this before replacing the fuel filler neck, and save yourself some money.
To disassemble and reassemble, just disconnect the lines remove the old part, put the new one in and connect the lines to the same places you removed the old one. It's very simple.
