Open the Hood
- Walk to the front of the vehicle and pull the safety latch to the side while simultaneously pulling the hood up.

Locate the Battery
- Walk to the back of the passenger side seat.
- Pull off the trim that is blocking the battery cover.
- Unscrew the screw holding the battery cover with a T20 Torx bit

Unplug the Negative Terminal
- Remove the Battery Cover
- Unscrew the Negative Terminal bolt with a 10mm socket
- Unplug the Negative Terminal
- ***!CAUTION!*** Put something non-conductive between the Negative Wire and the Negative Terminal so that the vehicle doesn't get power

Open the Fuse Box and Positive Cover
- Walk to the front of the vehicle
- Locate the fuse box at the top left corner of the engine bay
- Push in the Tabs located around the fuse box
- Open the positive terminal cap

Remove Bolts and Nuts
- Remove the nut on the positive terminal with a 13mm socket and set the wires aside
- Remove the bolts holding on the fuse box with a 10mm socket

Pull Clips on Fuse Box
- Remove the clips holding on the fuse box
- This is done easier with a pick

Pull Fuse Box Off
- Pull Fuse Box off and set aside
- Reassembly is in the reverse order
