2009-2015 Toyota Prius Rear Brake Pad and Rotor Replacement
If you are experiencing poor braking performance and or a noise when braking, then it may be time to replace the rear brake pads and or rotor.

Depending on the Toyota Dealership Parts & Service Department; 3M Silicone Paste, 3M Copper Anti-Seize, Sil-Glyde or the Toyota caliper guide pin and anti-seize/squeal grease are recommended respectively.
Torque specs:
- 26 ft. lbs - Caliper sliding pin bolts
- 42 ft. lbs - Caliper bracket bolts
- 76 ft. lbs - Wheel lug nuts
